They are also out of their mind. I think I have a 21 year old 3rd cousin who has been arrested over a dozen times. LOL. And its for crazy shit like robbing her parents. Who the hell would steal from their parents. Its not for your typical 21 year old behavior. I think she has been arrested more times than I have been banned.
